Your access to the QHI/SWO online website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, disclaimers and privacy statement contained in this document. Your use of the QHI/SWO website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. QHI/SWO believes the information in this site is correct and it has reasonable grounds for any opinion, statement or recommendation found within. QHI/SWO will endeavour to update the information in this site as soon as practicable after any changes. However, as information can change without notice, it does not guarantee the accuracy of the information. You should seek legal or other professional advice before acting or relying on any of the material on the QHI/SWO website.

QHI/SWO views the protection of your privacy as a vital part of its commitment towards complete accountability and integrity in all its activities and programs.

QHI/SWO will collect personal information supplied by you whilst completing this program for the following purposes only:

For reports to QHI/SWO of your course completion

For reports to QHI/SWO of participant details

So we can contact you for course feedback,

So we can send you your certificate of attainment, and

For QHI/SWO internal marketing information purposes

QHI/SWO will take all necessary measures to prevent unauthorised access to or disclosure of your personal information. This personal information will be not be disclosed without permission. This information will not be disclosed to any other external agencies unless required or authorised by law.

If you wish to alter any personal information you have supplied to QHI/SWO please direct enquiries via e-mail to info@ServeWiseonline.co.uk.

To start an online course you must complete the course Payment Section and Enrolment Form and provide payment to QHI/SWO. As you will receive confirmation and your course details via email, you must provide a valid email address.

Your username and password will be entered by the  course participant nominated on the Enrolment Form. Under no circumstances should another person (other than ServeWise administration) activate or use the username and password details.

Receipt of Payment
After payment has been processed a receipt will be sent to the nominated email address.

Note:QHI/SWO courses do not charge VAT and VAT cannot be claimed by the payee.

Once you have provided payment, fees are then committed for the online course. Once payment is made and the course has been activated the course cannot be cancelled or refunded. For further information please enquire at info@ServeWiseonline.co.uk.

Your access to the course will be valid for six months from the date of payment unless QHI/SWO has agreed otherwise. If the online course has not been completed within this time period your username and password maybe disabled. You will need to contact the ServeWise Online Administration team and ask if your login can be re-issued. This will incur a fee.

Where bulk payments have been made, refunds are not available for courses not used. Contact us if you wish to discuss a learner name transfer on a course that has not been activated. Learner name change is only permitted in unexpected circumstances at the discrepancy of ServeWise Online.

Where the customer has paid but not completed the online course, all efforts available will be used to inform the customer for completion. SWO Trainers will be contactable via email for the customer’s assistance.

Course information is provided on the following basis:

You agree not to impersonate or represent any person other than the person on the Enrolment Form. All course assessments must be completed by the enrolled customer. Making false or misleading representations that you are another person or character is a criminal offence and can give rise to civil liability.

Links from QHI/SWO websites to other websites should not be construed as an endorsement, approval or recommendation by QHI/SWO of the owners or operators of those linked websites, or of any information, graphics, materials, products or services referred to or contained on those linked websites.

Record of Training Download
The learner is responsible for downloading and saving their Record of Training when they have completed the course. Saving a copy on their computer is recommended. The Record of Training must be signed by the learner for it to be deemed valid. A signed copy should be provided to each employer where the learner is currently employed.

The QHI/SWO website and all material within, are provided on an as is basis without any warranties of any kind. Except as provided by the prescribed terms, all warranties either express or implied by law, in any way relating to the website or its materials, are excluded. In addition QHI/SWO does not warrant that the website will operate error free or that this website and its servers are free of computer viruses and other harmful goods. If you experience any damage or liability through the use of the QHI/SWO website or the materials therein, QHI/SWO will not be responsible for the costs relating to repair, servicing or any other associated costs.

QHI/SWO  is not responsible for any problems caused to or by your equipment, including any virus or related problems with your use of the QHI/SWO websites. You are responsible for any connecting or accessing fees, and for installing, maintaining, and operating your own equipment. QHI/SWO makes no warranties or interpretations that the website(s) contents and course information will meet your requirements.

You indemnify, defend and hold harmless, QHI/SWO and its directors, agents & employees, with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, liability, loss, damage, expense (including legal fees) and cost incurred by you or a third party as a result of any error in any information, opinion or recommendation in this site.
